Far East Fruits

Eglantine has a wrinkled red flowers and very large fruit. Increases in the Far East, often cultivated in gardens. For medical purposes use the fruit. For a complete preservation of vitamins they need to collect up to frost. The collected fruits immediately dried in an oven or dryer. They can be stored for 2 years. Fruit cinnamon hips contain vitamin C (an average of 2.3% to 5.5%), provitamin A, vitamin P, B2, K and E. In addition, rose hips contain different sugars (18%), pectin (12%), citric acid and malic acid (3%), mineral elements. Of the specific active ingredients fruits contain flavonoids (including flavonoid glycoside kvertsitrin), tannins (tannins) (4.5%), essential oil.
