Quality Time

I don’t have time is the phrase with which we identify us the vast majority of people in this world, since we can not increase the amount of time of life, the quality of the time becomes the most important variable. Your time is yours and does not belong to nobody more. You can only improve the quality of your time. Ultimately, you are using your time as you wish. Joey King is likely to increase your knowledge. Your commitment to managing your time is really a commitment to yourself and what is important to you.

The time quality has to do with optimizing the time we invest in how to achieve happiness, both for us and for our loved ones, then what? The answer is to add quality to your time. I think that the family is the largest plaintiff this time, above all our children and what we can do to raise them the best way is to fill quality time we spend every day, let me give you an example that differentiates devote time and devote quality time to the children. A father or a mother, that he spends some time that you have available to their children, decides to go to the park with them and leaving them all the time playing with his friends and is dedicated to socialize with other parents, then this time with children ceases to be of quality that far from sharing closely with them, helping them climb slide, swing or simply run through the area, leaving them all the time alone playing with other children, then we think that we are making best time since doing these two things at the same time we cover time and socialization with children, therefore not! If the main idea is to spend time with the children, we should engage in the activity most of the time, suddenly one of the children want to learn to swing or crossing a bridge to get to the slide should be there to teach them and care for them or simply make the most fun activity, counting up to three so that they launch slide give them encouragement, or recognize that they are doing well and we are proud of themthat they know that we are there, I assure you that children will remember that I always support and will feel very loved.
